How to Upload a Game Film

1. MUST DOWNLOAD HANDBRAKE SOFTWARE FIRST
   1. Download Handbrake Software (click here)
   2. For Mac – Choose Download (Intel 64bit)
      For Windows – Choose Download
2. Encoding Process
1. Open Handbrake (Handbrake software can be downloaded here
2. Select Source
3. Find game film and click Open
4. Make note of the File Destination
5. Format needs to be ‘MP4’
6. Check “Large File Size”
7. Check “Web Optimized”
8. Video Codec should be H.264 (x264)
9. Click o Target Size (MB) and type in 300
   **The less MB’s, the shorter the encoding process, but the decrease in quality
10. Select Start and the encoding process will begin (est. time 20-25 minutes)
3. Uploading a Game to your Schedule
1. Go to Edit Schedule
2. Select Upload
3. Under Video File, select Choose File
4. Find encoded game film and double click
5. Select Upload File (*est. time 20-25 minutes – depends on connection speed)
4. Uploading to Practice/Scrimmages (This is where you upload opponent’s films you receive on DVD)
1. Go to View Practice/Scrimmages
2. Select Add a New Game Film
3. Press Choose File
4. Find encoded game film and double click
5. Enter Date
6. Enter Teams
7. Select Upload File
